In this role, I co-led a major project for renowned Swiss health insurance company, Helsana. We were responsible for implementing the design concept, which included the refurbishment of all five main office buildings across Switzerland. We managed all involved parties and oversaw on-site work. The project was completed successfully, on time, and within budget. Despite the small team size, we maintained a high level of efficiency throughout the project.
