Planning and design for refurbishment of 1-bedroom flat in Graça – Lisbon

This small studio flat is located in a residential building on a hill in Graça, one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Lisbon. The façade has a window front with a spectacular view over the city. The aim was to open up the very constrained space and grant more access to the front, nevertheless keep most of the characteristic features, like the timber floor, intact.
