Villa Miramare is situated in Albano Laziale, a comune of Castelli Romani, south-east of Rome. This area has been populated as early as ancient Rome, due to its lush, green hills surrounding two small lakes. The Villa was built at the end of the 19th century and is part of a conglomerate of three villas close to the train station.
This is a hands-on project that foresees a comprehensive renovation and update of the electrical and hydraulic systems.
